In previous editions of Living Ratings, we’ve bemoaned the paucity of substantive content in many of the websites and social media channels we’ve rated. We’ve long championed the need for more meaningful and extensive content. “Content is king” has been our mantra now for several years.
Well, at first glance, the results in our latest survey (research conducted in January 2017) might indicate that law firms have listened hard and finally got the message. However, that’s not quite the full story.
