Kate Shaw, Living’s CEO, recently spoke with FT Ignites Europe about the majority of asset managers missing a trick online when it comes to helping their clients through the Coronavirus crisis.
Our latest asset management research shows that many firms are focusing on their viewpoint on the pandemic, as opposed to how they can help their segmented target audiences.
There are a few exceptions, including Russell Investments, whose ‘Managing through market volatility’ hub is a notable example of striking the right balance between content and tone.
