Leading US litigation law firm Kasowitz launched their first online recruitment presence with the help of the team at Living.
We had created the firm’s visual identity two years ago – to multiple award-winning success – and that proved the perfect starting point to create an engaging and informative recruitment experience to help Kasowitz in the very serious battle for talent.
We developed a content strategy for a set of dynamic web pages that focus on telling prospective lateral hires and summer associates about life at Kasowitz, opportunities for ongoing learning and development, its culture of diversity and inclusion, and the firm’s strong commitment to community engagement and pro bono projects.
To capture a sense of authenticity, we interspersed natural reportage style photography in the content, revealing what it’s like to work at such an energetic and hardworking law firm.
Our project also includes creating a social media strategy and inaugural content for Kasowitz’s newly launched recruitment-focused Instagram channel. We’re helping to develop a place where the firm can share images and real-life stories that communicate its human side and culture – and an important outlet for its employees during the pandemic.
