When Hong Kong law firm Stevenson, Wong & Co developed a strategic partnership with China-based Allbright Law, a strong new brand identity was needed to strengthen the practice in China and enable future growth. Our brief was simple: be bold, creative and unrestricted by the existing brands.
Communicating innovation, flexibility and cross-border expertise, our solution has its roots in an elegant identity based on interlocking and overlaid roundels, from which a logo and set of bespoke graphic icons were created. Each icon identifies a practice area and signifies the firm’s approachability and flexibility.
The roundels and icons, together with a crisp new logo and colour palette, combine to form a striking and thoroughly modern visual language. We also delivered a fully responsive practice website, which makes extensive use of the new identity to reflect the firm’s inventive approach.
Our highly innovative brand identity for Stevenson, Wong & Co reflects its core values and delivers differentiated positioning in Asia’s legal sector. The new brand has gone on to win the Best Rebrand from the Professional Services Sector at the Transform Asia-Pacific Awards 2014.
