Showcasing a rewarding career at Mazars UK

Mazars UK recently partnered with Living to further elevate their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through their digital campaign, "Mazars & Me." This campaign highlights the opportunities and supportive workplace environment that employees within the firm experience.

As a leading international firm specialising in audit, accounting, advisory, and tax services, Mazars prides itself on fostering a culture that values individuality and teamwork. They empower their employees to make a difference and create a positive impact, making it essential for this digital campaign to authentically capture the essence of Mazars' culture and the positive impact it has on its employees.

The project was structured around five phases: defining an appropriate tone of voice aligned to the brand, crafting compelling scripts, storyboarding engaging scenes, filming, and editing, and lastly developing a campaign activation framework to ensure each stories longevity and reach. Four videos were produced in total, with each story underpinning one of Mazars UK’s EVP pillars.

The campaign is being launched in phases, in alignment with key dates in the calendar, such as International Women’s Day, and can be seen across the firm’s social media profiles as well as their website.

Commenting on the campaign, Living’s Brand Engagement Director, Hannah Gilmore said: “Promoting a strong employer brand through your brand ambassadors is the best way to increase employee engagement and, inspire future talent with genuine insights into what having a career at your firm really looks like.”
