A fusion of art, mathematics and technology

Each year Broadridge’s annual CX and Communications Consumer Insights – an in-depth survey of over 4,000 consumers – breaks down the trends and what it means for organisations looking to grow revenues as they reimagine their communications, accelerate the print-to-digital transformation, and meet expectations when it comes to their communication experiences.

For their 2024 flagship insights report, Broadridge once again turned to the Living team to craft a conceptual theme and create the content.

Delivering depth and perspective

In today’s data-driven world, the role of data and customer experience has become increasingly significant.

Broadridge has a unique vantage in the marketplace and sees CX from all angles, providing clients across the financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecom and utilities sectors with true insight, constantly developing new tools and best practices to help businesses adapt to the ever-changing consumer landscape.

A fusion of art, mathematics and technology

The influence for our creative strategy was influenced by the works of Escher, whose art challenges our perceptions of space, geometry and reality.

From this inspiration the CX24 hero isometric graphic was created to communicate Broadridge’s depth of insight and unparalleled perspective. We also designed additional illustrations to support topics such as AI, data security and communication preferences.

The power of words

While our design team developed the theme, our copywriters got to work creating the content for the report, turning raw survey data into a compelling story, all created for a digital-first report. Succinct, meaningful and useful to the target audiences.

The final CX and Communications Consumer Insights report, designed by Broadridge’s design team, uses our creative concept and written content to full effect. Research that delivers insight, depth and perspective.
