Leading global investment management firm, AllianceBernstein (AB), required a digital experience where it could communicate the collective benefits of its SMA Service Model to financial advisors.
Always being by the advisors’ side to provide a premium service, delivered by real people, is core to AB’s SMA Service Model value proposition. And with a range of tools that provide market statistics for live prospect opportunities and a real-time view into investor portfolios, AB uses technology to enhance their offer.
Our challenge was to scope, design and bring to life the core elements of this partnership and communicate the benefits with absolute clarity.
Working closely with the experts at AB, our team created a thoughtful user experience design for the SMA Service Model, developing a journey that revealed the Service Model’s four main phases, allowing content to be accessed at key points along the path.
Once agreed, we then crafted the UI designs for an interactive infographic that guides users through the service model step-by-step, making it clear that the process is built to help advisors scale their business.
The content modules in the infographic include a series of animations created by our team that help communicate the SMA Service Model value proposition and provide succinct overviews of the tools, technologies and scorecards available to advisors.
We then liaised with AB’s digital team to implement and test the online experience, ensuring that it was pixel perfect across desktop and mobile environments.
The result is a dynamic and interactive digital platform that is totally audience-centric providing helpful information to advisors, encouraging them to work ‘SMArter, not harder’ and setting AB’s SMA Service Model apart from its competitors.
